Use an equipment list to plan your mobile pit.

As I started to draw the plans for my new mobile BBQ pit I felt that I was guessing on what I wanted in a mobile BBQ rig. I never felt comfortable until I backed up and made an equipment list of everything that I might carry to a competition throughout the year and assigned a place for everything to go. I now feel much more comfortable that I'm not forgetting anything in the design. If you have never done a comp on a well stocked pit you should get some opinions from others on your personal equipment list. After cooking with Craig and Crapshoot BBQ ( a very well stocked outfit) this is what I've decided on.
