• Trailer are inspected inside and out prior to pick up

• All food and ash are completely removed
• Exterior and interior is high pressure sprayed out
• Cooking oil is reapplied to the interior walls and food grates
• High BTU Torch is used to burn and bake cooking oil inside
• Trailers wheels, bearings, seals and frames are inspected 
• Trailer wiring and lights are check
• Gator Pit is a TXDMV Licensed manufacturer of trailers
• Rentals are GPS Tracked

• Full size SUV or Pickup Truck, recommended to tow safely.  Smaller vehicles, check your tow ratings
• 6 or more cylinder motor, recommended.
• Rental is limited to the following Texas regions: Houston, Austin, Beaumont, Galveston, Waco, areas ONLY.  All areas approximately 2.5-3 hours drive one-way from the Houston, TX area.  Units are GPS tracked.  If you go outside the area, you will be charged an additional Out-Of-Area fee to be determined by Gator Pit.  Minimum fee is $100.00.  Contact Gator Pit if any questions on area.
• Rentals ARE NOT to be taken out of Texas State, PERIOD.  You cannot cross state lines.
• $50.00 non-refundable fee is required to reserve unit.  This will be credited toward the total.  Balance due three business days prior to confirmed pick up.   Reservation cancelled within 3 business days leading up to pick update, require full payment and no refunds.  We invest time and money on getting your rental cleaned and ready in advance.  Not too mention, potential loss of rental to other customers.
• A minimum $175.00 cleaning fee will be charged, if the unit is not returned in the same clean condition as received.  Clean of food, spent ash/wood, excess grease.  Please wash prior to return.
• All customers are required to sign a Rental Agreement, prior pick up.  You will be emailed the agreement, once reservation payment has been made, confirming the reservation.
• There are NO EXCEPTIONS.  Contact Gator Pit of Texas for more rental details.
• NO cash or checks or gift card accepted.  Major credit card only (Visa, MC, Disc, AMEX).  One credit card must be used for reservation and rental balance.  Same card.   You cannot split credit cards on rentals.  No Exceptions.
• Valid driver license and current proof of insurance on tow vehicle must be provided.

8.25% Texas Sales Tax will be attached on the total.
